Return & Policy

1. Returns and Refunds:

There is no RETURN & EXCHANGE Policy on Perfumes & Attar.

The clothing item purchased can be returned within 10 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, with all original packaging and tags. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at 7414888552

2. Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or a replacement for a damaged product, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to availability. We'll provide instructions on how to proceed with your exchange.

3. Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment upto 5 working days • Card/ Wallet/ UPI/ Netbanking: Directly credited to the original source of payment • Cash on delivery: Refund will be initiated once we receive the bank account details from the customer.

4. Non-Returnable Items:

 Perfumes and attars are non-returnable if once used.

5. Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of a manufacturer's defect or shipping error.

6. Damaged or Defective Products:

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will replace or refund the item at no extra cost.

7. Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel your order within 5 days of placing it. Please contact our customer support team to cancel your order.
